マーチンは1cm刻みしかサイズが無いから、合う合わないはその人次第。
個人的に8ホールは靴擦れとの闘い。ローファーは最高。

インソールで履き心地自体は多少向上するけど、皮が固いんだから靴擦れの回避にはあまり関係ない
ただそういう無骨で厄介なところも含めてのマーチンだし、妥協(？)せずにブーツを工夫して履いて失敗も含めて体験した方がいいと思う
健康問題で足が悪いとかなら無理するもんじゃないけど

これがダメならたっかいたっかいブランド物ぐらいしか無さそうだし
