傘ささずでレインコートも着ないなら体が濡れて脚を伝って染みるだろうが
靴にそこまで求めるやつがそんな事はしないだろうし
ってなると結局セパレートのレインコートの裾を靴にうまくかぶせて絞るとかして
あとは普通にソールが防水素材になってるものを履いてればいけるんじゃないか

ゴアテックスに代表される防水透湿素材はムレないのがウリじゃないか。
もうこういう素材が世に出てきて久しいのにまだよく知らない人が多いのは謎だ

ゴアテックス入ったナイロンスニーカー履いてたことあるけど蒸れるって感じはしなかったなあ
熱がこもる、と感じた事はあったけどゴツいスニーカー程じゃないし
