劣化させないための手入れでしょ
それ高い靴履き潰す人の扱い方なだけだよ
そういう履き方も自由だけど、小まめにメンテナンスしたら10年以上余裕だから

ブーツや革製の服とかなら手入れした上での経年劣化も味になるけど、革靴の経年劣化はみすぼらしいだけ、お洒落は足からって人は革靴が劣化したら新品に買い換えてんよ
革靴=革のブーツって意味ならごめんなさいだけど

値の張るモノを身につけても必ずしもオシャレになるわけじゃない、というなら同意するけどな。
個人的には靴には異論あり。
革は質が価格に正比例するから誤魔化せない。
質の良い革靴は手入れを怠らなければ一生履けるし。
足元が締まらないとコーディネートがまとまらないならね。
