というか真夏の35度の時でも
室内に入ると冷房ガンガン効かせているところが多過ぎて
カットソー1枚だと99％汗冷えで風邪引いてしまうわ
グンゼの日本製の首元少し大き目に空いたインナーが
着やすくて丈夫でおすすめ
ボディワイルドのインナーはシームレスのやつは耐久性プアだから
首元しっかりした方のシャツ買ってる

素材がよければ、長袖のほうが汗吸ってくれて快適に過ごせるよ。
半袖だと腕が汗でベタベタになるでしょ？

T-シャツの下に速乾性インナー着ると汗を吸い上げてすぐ乾くので、お腹を下す事が無くなって助かっている
