デブったおなかにならないよう食事に気を付け、運動も定期的にやる。
出かける前やトイレに行った時も必ず鏡を見て、だらしない恰好をしていないかチェックする。
それをやってれば多少若い人が着る格好をしてもいいんじゃないの。
